Refund and Cancelation Policy

No cancellations are allowed within seven (7) calendar days of reservation.  No refunds will be permitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled reservation.  Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of scheduled reservation will be non-refundable. There will be a 10% cancellation fee for any refund before seven (7) calendar days prior to beginning of reservation if a cancellation occurs. 

We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an “Act of God. “ 

There are no refunds for pre-paid reservations where a customer arrives and past 1 hour the scheduled/arranged pickup time.

Any extra stops being requested is only available if the driver’s schedule permits it, it is NOT A Guarantee. Reservation quote for private transfer is per trip and NOT per person. Any call that runs after 8:00pm through 6:00am will incur a $25 After Hour Service Fee. 

There’s no eating, drinking or smoking permitted in the vehicles; cleaning fees will be applied if applicable.
