Refund and Cancelation Policy

Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation with full refund. There will be a 10% cancellation fee for any refund within 24 hours prior to beginning of reservation if a cancellation occurs.  

We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an “Act of God." There are no refunds for pre-paid reservations when a passenger has arrived at the local airports such as MCO, SFB, MLB, and 1 hour and half have past the scheduled/arranged pickup time. 

Any extra stops being requested is only available if the driver’s schedule permits it, it is NOT A Guarantee. 

Reservation quote for private transfer is per trip and NOT per person.

Any call that runs from 10:00pm through 6:00am will incur a $20, After Hour Service Fee. 

There’s no eating, drinking or smoking permitted in the vehicles, cleaning fees will be applied if applicable.
