I would highly recommend Luna Negra Transportation Service to anyone looking for transport to and from the pier. Great customer service. They text you to keep you updated about their arrival and vehicle information. Edgar was our driver to hotel and he was great. We had Andrea, the owner of Luna Negra, as our driver from ship to airport. She is extremely friendly and very professional. Thank you Edgar and Andrea for a wonderful full experience. Luna Negra Transportation is simply the best! Best price! Best service! Went way beyond expectations, the service is so good, so considerate of our needs. We were a group of 8 and lots of luggage. All fit comfortably. She arrived super fast after our plane landed earlier than usual. She asked and recommended a place for breakfast if we wanted (we were on red-eye). Waited as long as we wanted, no extra charges.... beautiful ride to destination (hour away) very helpful tips and very pleasant conversation. Picked us back up to head to airport, and again very wonderful service! Got us to where we needed to be in plenty of time.

Luna Negra saved our trip!
We found ourselves 24 hours before we were due to fly into MCO for a cruise out of Port Canaveral without any transfers booked after our travel agent dropped the ball on us last-minute (4:30pm on a Friday). I'd seen Luna Negra recommended as an option in our cruise FB group, and on a wing and a prayer, I called to see if they had anything available with less than 24 hours notice. Andrea answered the phone, and was so nice and reassuring to talk to! Lucky for us, she had availability for us with only 22 hours notice, and was happy to stay on the phone with me while I booked everything straight away on their website. We were able to book our ride from MCO to our hotel in Cocoa Beach, and arrange pickup at the cruise terminal for a ride to MCO the following Sunday after our cruise.
I felt our given rate was fair, and it saved us quite a bit of money from what our agent had wanted to charge us.
Edgar (younger one, as I hear they have 2!) was our driver for both legs. He was on time for both trips and was really pleasant and fun to talk to! Great communication about his location and arrival, and he got us exactly where we needed to go and when. He picked us up in a Suburban that fit ALL our luggage (3 large suitcases, 4 rolling carry-ons, and 4 backpacks!) and it was impeccably clean and comfortable.
Our misfortune and last-minute stress with our travel agent turned into an incredibly positive experience thanks to Andrea and Edgar at Luna Negra, and we will absolutely plan to use them again the next time we fly into MCO and need transportation!

Andrea was very prompt at answering all questions, before and after We booked. We used Luna Negra Transportation 3x on our trip. Airport to hotel, Hotel to Cruise terminal and cruise terminal to airport. Both Edgar and Andrea were safe drivers, punctual and pleasant to talk to. The vehicles (Mercedes vans) we very clean and new looking. I would definitely recommend using them and we will use this company again.

Luna Negra provides excellent service. This is my second time using the service traveling with my family from the Orlando airport to the cruise port terminal. I would definitely use them again. Andrea is a great driver, professional, and patient. We had 12 family members including kids and elderly adults for this last trip - the sprinter van she provided was perfect. Super comfortable and fit all of our luggage. Highly recommend Luna Negra! You won’t be disappointed.

Mrs. Andrea, We had a fantastic experience with our recent transportation from Clermont to Port Canaveral for our Explore of the Seas cruise. The 14-passenger van was perfect for our group and comfortably accommodated all 14 passengers along with 16 suitcases. The vehicle was clean, new, spacious, and luxurious, offering plenty of room for both our group and our luggage.

Mrs. Andrea and Mr. Edgar were amazing! Mrs. Andrea is very professional, kind and down to earth. We had a party of 11 individuals and Mrs. Andrea transported us to the port and arranged for us to be picked up. She was very attentive to details and provided excellent transportation service!
