Luna Negra Transportation Services LLC ("Luna Negra", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it) and your trip details.
- Online bookings. Reservations are handled by our booking system, Limo Anywhere. The trip, passenger and payment details you enter there are collected and processed by Limo Anywhere under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic site data. Like most websites, this site and the services it loads (such as Google Fonts, and Google Maps inside the booking form) may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote and book your ride, and contact you about your trip.
- To run and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Companies that help us run the business (our booking system, our customer messaging system, and email and text delivery), only to do that work.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Text messages
- If you check the first box on our form, we may text you about your ride request. A separate second box lets you sign up for occasional offers. Both boxes are optional, and neither is a condition of booking.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (407) 624-8582.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Any marketing email from us has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
