Booking
How do I book?
Book online any time: choose your trip and pick your vehicle. For a group or an event, send a quote request and Andrea will reply.
What happens after I book?
We confirm your reservation and assign a professional driver right away.
Can I add stops?
Yes. Use Add Stop in the booking form.
What kinds of rides can I book online?
From Airport, To Airport, Point-to-Point, Hourly/As Directed and Charter.
When are you open?
Every day, 6 AM to 10 PM. You can book online any time.
Prices
How much is a ride?
Choose your trip in the booking form and your total shows with each vehicle before you book. Planning for a group? Send a quote request.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. Online prices are flat rates, and the total you see before you book already includes any airport parking fee.
Airports and cruises
Do you track flights?
Yes. Flight tracking is included on airport pickups.
Which airports do you serve?
Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB).
Do you go to Port Canaveral?
Yes: hotel to terminal, terminal to airport, and round trips for groups.
Will you help with our luggage?
Yes. Your chauffeur helps with your bags.
Vehicles and comfort
How many people and bags fit?
The Luxury SUV takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. The Luxury Transit takes up to 11 passengers and 15 bags.
Do you have car seats?
Yes. Complimentary car seats are available. Add a child seat when you book.
What is in the vehicle?
Complimentary bottled water, device chargers and free WiFi.
Is the ride shared?
No. Every ride is private: the vehicle and the chauffeur are yours for the whole trip.
Do you have an accessible option?
The booking form has an Accessible option. Turn it on when you book.
Where we go
Where do you go?
Across Central Florida: Orlando, Kissimmee, Port Canaveral and the cities around them, including MCO, SFB, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.
