We absolutely love using Luna Negra Transportation! When we first used them, they met us near the baggage claim at MCO, helped us with our bags, and led us to the SUV that was waiting. Since we've used them for the past few years, they now monitor our flights and meet us on the lower level. They are always on time, very professional, and always help us with our luggage. If you get Andrea, she's the best!! But, they are all a pleasure to ride with, and it feels nice riding in their luxurious black SUVs. They have other sizes of black vehicles to accommodate different travelers and groups as well. Thanks for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!!!

Stephanie and Andrea are hands down the best transportation company we have ever worked with. From start to finish they made the entire process easy. Communication was clear and consistent, they were quick to respond to every question, and they always kept us in the loop. On top of being so easy to talk to, they were fast and reliable every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a transportation company they can count on. Thank you, Stephanie and Andrea!! Their transport vans are beautiful, AC, comfortable and roomy for a ton of people! They even accommodated me by stopping to get medicine for my son! The best of the best!! Will always use them moving forward for all of our travel to FLA!!

We had an excellent experience with Luna Negra Transportation! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She arrived early for our pickup, which gave us peace of mind, and she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with all of our luggage. We had a group of 10 passengers who were picked up about an hour away from the cruise port before she came to get us, and everything ran smoothly and on schedule. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and the ride was safe and stress-free. Stephanie made the entire transportation experience easy from start to finish with great communication and outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for reliable transportation to or from Port Canaveral or anywhere in the area, I highly recommend Luna Negra Transportation. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

Andrea is a true professional and will meet all your transportation needs in the Orlando area with true care and diligence. We have used her services for several years and can’t recommend her enough. Communication is very clear and we know our arrival and departure will be seamless, comfortable, and on time. She is also a very lovely person. Thank you Andrea!

Mrs. Andrea and Mr. Edgar were amazing! Mrs. Andrea is very professional, kind and down to earth. We had a party of 11 individuals and Mrs. Andrea transported us to the port and arranged for us to be picked up. She was very attentive to details and provided excellent transportation service! We were picked up at our scheduled times and I highly recommend using her transportation company over the others that are listed! You will not be disappointed. Our round trip transportation service was nothing short of amazing! Kudos to Mrs. Andrea, Mr. Edgar and Luna Negra Transportation Service!!

Andrea was very prompt at answering all questions, before and after We booked. We used Luna Negra Transportation 3x on our trip. The vehicles (Mercedes vans) we very clean and new looking. I would definitely recommend using them and we will use this company again.

We had female drivers on the way to the cruise terminal and back, which I LOVED! This company is punctual, professional, and was very knowledgeable about Orlando AND Cape Canaveral. We 100% recommend them and we will DEFINITELY be using them again!
