These terms apply to rides with Luna Negra Transportation Services LLC ("Luna Negra", "we"), booked on this website, in our chat or by phone.
Reservations
- Rides are reserved at least 24 hours ahead and up to a year ahead. For a ride in the next 24 hours, call or text (407) 624-8582.
- Your vehicle is reserved the moment your payment is made. Andrea then confirms your driver by email.
- We drive in Orlando and about an hour and a half around Orlando International Airport. We do not go to Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Ocala, Lake City or The Villages.
- Vehicles: a luxury SUV for 1 to 5 riders, and a luxury van for up to 11 riders.
- You must be 18 or older to book a ride. Children ride when an adult books the ride for them.
Prices and payment
- The price shown is the total for your ride: tolls, parking, airport fees and taxes are included.
- Pick-ups from 10:00 PM to 5:59 AM add $20. Each stop of up to 25 minutes adds $20. Both are shown in your price before you pay.
- Gratuity is at your discretion and always appreciated by your driver. It is not part of the quoted fare.
- You pay by card on a secure payment page. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancelled more than 72 hours before pick-up: full refund.
- Cancelled 48 to 72 hours before pick-up: 50% of the fare is kept and 50% is refunded.
- Cancelled less than 48 hours before pick-up: no refund.
- No changes can be made within 72 hours of pick-up.
- If we cannot do your ride, you get a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides when it shows, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Airport pick-ups
- At Orlando International Airport, your driver meets you at Ground Transportation once you have your bags.
- We track your flight, and the first hour of waiting is free (90 minutes for international flights).
Children
- Car seats are free: a baby seat for ages 0 to 1, a high-back booster for ages 1 to 3, and a bottom-only booster for ages 3 to 5. Children 5 and under ride in a seat. You may bring your own.
Text messages
- Program: Luna Negra Transportation ride texts. If you check the first box on our booking form, we text you about your ride: booking and payment confirmations, your driver and vehicle, pick-up reminders, flight updates and answers to your questions. If you check the separate second box, we may also text you occasional offers.
- Both boxes are optional, and neither is a condition of booking.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (407) 624-8582.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new date.
