The ride

It is a one-way trip in a black Luxury SUV or Luxury Transit that carries only your own group from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Universal’s Epic Universe park or to one of the three hotels beside it. Nobody else is collected on the way, so the vehicle goes from the airport to your drop-off without detours for other riders.
The price is for the whole vehicle, not for each person, and it is the total for the ride, with tolls, parking, airport fees and taxes already contained in it. Gratuity is at your discretion and always appreciated by your driver. It is not part of the quoted fare. Your chauffeur follows your flight, helps with your bags and keeps water, device chargers and WiFi on board. Car seats are free, and the reservation form works in English and in Spanish.
This page is for the one trip that brings a rider from a runway to a theme park gate. If you are weighing other airport rides from MCO or Sanford, the airport transfers page shows every route.
The price
From MCO, the Luxury SUV for up to five riders is $95 one way, and the Luxury Transit for up to eleven riders starts at $150. These are the starting prices in the reservation form for the Epic Universe park and resorts destination.
| Pick-up | Luxury SUV, up to 5 riders | Luxury Transit, up to 11 riders |
|---|---|---|
| Orlando International (MCO) | $95 | from $150 |
The word “from” on the Transit has a simple meaning: the lower price is for a group of up to eight riders and the higher one is for nine to eleven. From MCO that is $150 or $170. The same prices apply when the trip runs the other way, from Epic Universe to the airport.
Two choices you make in the form appear as their own lines in your price before you pay: a stop on the way is $20 for up to 25 minutes, and a round trip shows a $10 saving. For a full SUV of five riders, $95 comes to $19 each, which is the figure to set beside a per-person fare.
At MCO
Once your luggage is in hand, head to Ground Transportation: your chauffeur is waiting there and takes over the bags.
When you reserve, the form asks for your airline and flight number. That number lets your chauffeur follow the landing, so the pick-up follows your actual arrival time. The first hour of waiting is free, and the free period is 90 minutes after an international arrival.
Give yourself a realistic picture of the airport itself. The airport’s own guidance for people meeting an arriving passenger is to wait at least 20 minutes past the plane’s arrival time, and 40 minutes if the passenger checked a bag. A family with a stroller and two suitcases should plan toward the longer figure, then text if the bags come out slowly.
If you tick the first box on the booking form, you also receive ride texts: your driver and vehicle, a pick-up reminder and flight updates.
Epic Universe
Epic Universe has three Universal hotels beside the park: Universal Helios Grand Hotel, Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort. In the reservation form all three, and the park itself, share one destination named “Epic Universe park and resorts”, so the price is the same for each.
Universal’s own travel blog describes the three differently. The Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews hotel, is in Celestial Park and has its own entry gate, so guests walk through the lobby into the park. Stella Nova and Terra Luna sit across from Epic Universe, with bus service to the park entrance from Early Park Admission until closing, or a walking path to the same entrance.
For a rider who is not staying at one of these hotels, Universal lists a drop-off and pick-up area for ride-share, carpool and taxi guests at 1201 Epic Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819, and the parking address at 1001 Epic Boulevard is a different spot. Universal says there is no parking fee for the drop-off area. Type the park or your hotel in the drop-off box of the form.
A rider staying at a hotel elsewhere on the Universal property is covered by the resort delivery page, which explains how the rides to the hotels there work.
Families
Yes, car seats cost nothing. Give each child’s age when you reserve, and the matching seat is in the vehicle: a baby seat up to age 1, a high-back booster from 1 to 3, and a booster without a back from 3 to 5. A child of 5 or younger rides in a seat, and you may use a seat of your own instead.
The person who reserves must be an adult of 18 or older, and the children ride on that adult’s booking. Put the number of adults and the number of children into the form, since the vehicle is chosen from the count of riders.
Because the vehicle is private, the schedule is your family’s own and no other riders sit beside the car seats.
Luggage
Choose by headcount and by bags: the SUV is listed for five riders with six bags, the Transit for eleven riders with fifteen bags. Strollers share that luggage room, so count them with the suitcases when you fill in the bag number.
The form only offers the SUV when your group is five riders or fewer with six bags or fewer. A party of four that lands with eight bags is shown the Transit, and the Transit price from MCO is $150 for up to eight riders.
Riders with a folding wheelchair or a scooter pay the same flat price. The form asks which one it is and if it folds. For more than eleven riders we set up more than one vehicle: phone or text (407) 624-8582.

Yes: switch the form to a round trip, enter when you want to be collected for the return, and the price covers both rides. Pick the Epic Universe park or your hotel as the starting place for the return, and the airport as the destination.
A stop for groceries or a pharmacy goes into the form as a stop: $20 for up to 25 minutes. Add it before you pay, so your total already includes it.
If your stay splits between Epic Universe and Disney, a ride between the two is priced on its own in the reservation form: pick the two places and the price shows before you pay. Larger gatherings, such as a wedding party arriving over a weekend, can read the events and group travel page.
The form takes reservations from a year ahead down to 24 hours before pick-up. For a flight landing within a day, phone or text (407) 624-8582 rather than using the form.
Your options
It is worth it when the group is large enough to share one price, when children need car seats, or when you want one vehicle that goes only where you are going. To compare fairly, divide the fare of any shuttle or ride app you are considering by the number of riders and set it beside the table above.
What a private reservation adds is certainty before you fly: the price is a flat total shown before you pay, your driver is confirmed by email, the seats for your children are in the vehicle, and no other rider’s drop-off comes first. Whether that matters to you is a judgment about your own group, and the table lets you do the arithmetic.
Reviews
My family and I used Luna services when we were in Florida April 2025. We really enjoyed the experience, the kids especially loved the WIFI that was included. They were very punctual and extremely responsive to messages. The staff also were very friendly. We will definitely use this service again.
Very nice and lovely staff! They will do anything to help you. Have a very nice cars and carseats for children of all ages. I will definitely use their service again!!
Excellent company! Met our family at the airport with a car seat for our baby. Was very attentive and safe driving. When we realized we had accidentally double booked return transportation through our cruise ship, the owner was very understanding and refunded that portion of the fare. I highly recommend Luna Negra Transportation!
Exceptional service and super nice and friendly people! Will always use Luna Negra transportation services when traveling to Orlando!
